Job Description
Terack Inc., is seeking a part-time customer service representative to handle customer requests regarding Terack products and services. Applicant should be available to respond to emails and support tickets and make phone calls to Terack service members when necessary.
Responsibilities:
A customer service representative interacts with customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services. In addition, they deal with and help resolve any customer complaints. For instance, a customer representative may assist in opening an account or help to resolve a problem if a customer cannot access their account or if their order never arrived. Usually, customer service representatives gather their information via email.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- knowledge of relevant computer applications
